Shop Terms & Conditions
All prices include VAT where applicable and UK delivery. If you require a VAT receipt for your purchase, your order confirmation email can be used for this purpose. Additional delivery charges are automatically applied to online orders from the EU and outside the EU (currently £3.50 for the EU and £7.50 for the rest of the world but these are subject to change).
All orders are sent from Forced Entertainment’s office in Sheffield using Royal Mail postal services. We aim to deliver all materials within 10 days of receiving your order. Please bear in mind that out of stock items may take longer to deliver. If your order is urgent please email the shop here and we will do our best to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.
All materials available from the company are protected by copyright laws, and may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast or otherwise exploited in any manner without the express prior written permission of the copyright holder. If you have any further queries about orders please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. These additional charges are your responsibility, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery within 14 days of receiving the items, for a full refund (we will also pay return postage costs if materials received were damaged or faulty).
Many of Forced Entertainment’s performances have adult themes which are reflected in the documentation materials we sell in the online shop. Please bear this in mind when buying our products, especially if they are to be used for educational purposes.
Our DVDs are encoded for Region 2 (UK, Europe, Japan, South Africa and Middle East). Forced Entertainment cannot guarantee that Region 2 DVDs will work on DVD players in other countries, however, in many instances they can also be played on compatible “multi-region” DVD players (also known as “chipped” or “region-free” players).
Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
